Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Account from the Dashboard

1. Log in to your ZayDM dashboard at dash.zaydm.com
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to Danger Zone
4. Click Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion

Your Instagram access token will be revoked immediately. Connected Facebook Page tokens are stopped from further API use. All your data, including data associated with connected Facebook Pages, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Disconnect Instagram

To disconnect your Instagram account without deleting your ZayDM account:

1. Go to Settings → Connections
2. Click Disconnect next to your Instagram account
3. Your Instagram data and access token are immediately removed

Disconnect a Facebook Page

To disconnect a Facebook Page without deleting your ZayDM account:

1. Open the Facebook area of your ZayDM dashboard, or go to Settings → Connections if that Page is listed there
2. Choose Disconnect for the Page

Disconnecting the Page stops future Facebook API use for that Page, clears the active Page authorization used by ZayDM, and stops future automation and publishing for that connection. Webhook access for the Page is removed or disabled where applicable. Historical records for the Page are not all deleted immediately. Use account deletion or an email request if you want that data deleted.

Request Deletion by Email

You can use this email to request deletion of your ZayDM account data, including data associated with a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. Send a deletion request to: privacy@zaydm.com

Include:

• The email associated with your ZayDM account
• Your Instagram username, if the request involves Instagram
• The Facebook Page name, if the request involves a connected Page

We will delete the requested data within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
