Data Deletion Instructions

ZayDM is committed to protecting your privacy. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from Dashboard (Instant)

1. Log in to your ZayDM dashboard at dash.zaydm.com
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to Danger Zone
4. Click Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion

Your Instagram access token will be revoked immediately and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Disconnect Instagram (Partial)

To only disconnect your Instagram account without deleting your ZayDM account:

1. Go to Settings → Connections
2. Click Disconnect next to your Instagram account
3. Your Instagram data and access token are immediately removed

Option 3 — Email Request

Send a deletion request to: support@zaydm.com

Include:

• Your Instagram username
• The email associated with your ZayDM account

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your Instagram access token
• Your Instagram User ID and username
• All automation rules you created
• Your DM delivery history
• All account preferences and settings
