Schedule timed DM follow-ups after any automation fires. If a lead does not click or reply, ZayDM sends a reminder. The moment they reply, all pending follow-ups cancel automatically.
Start Free →After your initial DM fires, add timed follow-up steps: 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, or any custom delay. Each step sends a new message to the same person.
If your DM contains a tracked CTA link, ZayDM can target follow-ups only to people who received the link but did not click it. Pair this with Click Analytics for precise targeting.
The moment a lead replies to your conversation, ZayDM cancels every pending follow-up for that person. No double-messages, no awkward overlaps.
If a person triggers a new automation while a follow-up sequence is still running, ZayDM replaces the old sequence with the new one. This keeps conversations clean and prevents message pile-ups.
