The shortest useful flow is often the strongest. ZayDM also supports additional steps when the campaign has a clear reason to use them.
A short public response can confirm that the request was received.
Examples include:
Sent it to your DMs 👋
Check your inbox. It is on the way.
I just sent the details ✨
Reply variations can make an active comment section feel less repetitive. Keep them accurate and avoid writing anything that could confuse people who did not receive the private response.
An Opening Message can acknowledge the request and wait for the person to tap a button before the remaining flow continues.
For example:
I have the guide ready. Tap below and I will send it over.
This can make the transition into the private conversation clearer. It also adds another action, so use it when the campaign benefits from that step.
Follow Gate can check whether the person follows the Instagram account before delivering the Final Response.
Existing followers can continue. Non-followers can receive a prompt to visit the profile and confirm after following.
Use Follow Gate when audience growth is part of the campaign and the public offer makes the expectation clear. Adding an unexpected follow requirement after promising an immediate resource can create unnecessary friction.
Eligible HTTPS CTA buttons in the Final Response can be tracked with Click Analytics.
ZayDM can report Link clicks and CTR for the tracked automation. This helps you distinguish between people who started the workflow and people who used the CTA.
A recorded click does not prove that the person purchased, booked, registered or completed another action after reaching the destination.
Smart Follow-Ups can continue an eligible conversation after the Final Response.
A follow-up can remind someone about the requested resource or invite them to reply when they need help. A No-Click Reminder can be used when an eligible tracked CTA has not been clicked.
Pending follow-ups stop when the person sends a genuine reply. Keep follow-ups relevant, limited and connected to the original request.
