Pricing FAQ

Is the DM limit per connected account?

Starter includes 10,000 automated DMs for its single connected account. Pro includes 30,000 automated DMs shared across up to 3 connected accounts. Agency includes 350,000 automated DMs shared across up to 12 connected accounts.

Why should I upgrade from Starter to Pro?

Pro adds more connected accounts and the conversion features designed to continue the conversation after the first response, including Smart Follow-Ups, no-click reminders, Follow Gate, lead capture, and link click analytics.

What happens when I reach my monthly DM limit?

New automated DMs pause for the rest of the calendar month once you reach your plan limit. Upgrade to a higher plan to continue sending. ZayDM does not currently sell overage packs.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is charged annually in advance. Savings versus paying monthly for twelve months are shown on each paid plan when Yearly is selected.

Can I start without a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan does not require a credit card.

What are Smart Follow-Ups?

Smart Follow-Ups let ZayDM send another automated message after your initial response, including reminders for recipients who have not clicked a supported link.

What happens when a customer replies?

Pending generic Smart Follow-Ups stop when the recipient sends a genuine message.

Can I manage multiple connected accounts?

Yes. Free and Starter include 1 account. Pro includes up to 3. Agency includes up to 12.

Is Agency for teams?

Agency is built for higher multi-account capacity so agencies and businesses can run automations across more connected accounts from one ZayDM subscription. Team seats and client logins are not part of the current Agency plan.
